Matt Patterson came to service our furnace & A/C. He was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why and advised us of the age of our furnace & A/C units as well as their condition. We knew we would have to replace these units in the very near future and lessened our anxiety by explaining our options and requesting a sales person to come and speak to us about Reliance Yanch's various units and payment options.

Mike came and fixed our hot water tank, before even approaching the tank he knew what was wrong. Friendly service and he got us our hot water back! yay thanks Mike :)

Reliance Home Comfort technician (Jason Mitruk) was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, what he was going to do and he replaced the part and tested. Good job, thanks.

Our Service Tech was Ryan Gallagher. He was very professional and very thorough. He also took the time to help me understand my role in maintaining my equipment and the importance of filter replacement and annual inspections. From a customer perspective, he is a credit to your company.

I called for service on my hot water rental tank. The technician (Ross Koopman) arrived promptly on time, was very courteous, and efficient in checking out the problem. He determined it was a "mixing valve issue", which would have required a plumber. I was able to be set up on their Heating and Cooling plan with Maintenance and Plumbing Protection Plan. Ross was very helpful with this, and explained the plan, and the plumbing problem to me in a manner that I could understand. I was really impressed with the service provided. I also found the person I spoke with initially on the phone (when reporting my problem) to be very courteous and helpful.

Thank you Jason mitruk for fixing hot water tank . Also for booking an appointment to have water softener installed. So great fully appreciated for your help. It is the second time you have been to my home. Seniors really like to have a friendly service person. Louise brown

The service technician,Jezmar Mcbean arrived at my home and set up his gear and did the required work.He did a great job in a timely matter and i was assured that the water heater was clean.He cleaned up any spilt water and explained what work he had done.I am a satisfied customer. A.Archer

Called for maintenance check on air conditioner.
Steve came and checked the unit.
Showed us the issues and recommended that unit be replaced.
He was very friendly and helpful.
He then arranged to have a sales rep come to discuss a new unit.

Ryan S came to give me an overview of my aging systems. He was
thorough, candid and very knowledgable. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of an older system and provided advice that will provide a better result at less cost. Thank you Ryan...I will request you for future service. Wayne P

A big Thank you to RYAN GALLAGHER, for his fast and professional service, he was very helpful and friendly totally happy with the service call. The repair took minutes to complete, no hot water is a big discomfort and was glad to see it fixed so fast!!!!!
