Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating Ltd GTA

As with the other reviewer mentioned, this company seem to do a good job installing the product purchased from them. I would say they are comparable to the other companies rated here. But, like the other reviewer experienced, if you have to deal with them to get something fixed, then it becomes a different experience altogether.

We called the Infinity to fix our unit under warranty. We spoke with the owner. He gave us his word that they would fix the problem. Days go by, and we don't hear from them. We called and were told "soon". Regular phone calls, each time with the owner, everytime, we were told, "they will fix it soon".

Well "soon" became weeks. Two months go by and they still have not fixed the problem.

This company may be good to deal with at the start, but then so are all the other companies here. But after they've installed your unit and taken your money, don't expect to hear back from them if they have to fix anything, even under warranty.

Sam, you know who I am. If you honour your word and fix the problem like you said you would, I will change my review and rating. If not, then my review stands.

I called in, to get a quote on a furnace install. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, and easily set up an appt to get a quote. When the sales rep stopped by, he was very informative and knowledgeable. Was about to set up an install with the sales rep, and got the job done 2 weeks later(was most convenient for me then) Excellent install and customer service and care for my house and property while in my home.

I just baught a new home and I used Infiniti to install my air conditioner. They did such a wonderful job, I reccomended them to all my neighbors. The price and service was great. THANK YOU INFINITI!

We interviewed 4 different suppliers and selected Infinity mostly because the salesman was very good and responsive.
At the beginning of April we had our new high efficiency furnace installed. Unfortunately the Mechanical filter box was not properly installed and allows unfiltered air in a gap which would possible damage the furnace. We have spent 3 months trying to get them to come back to fix this issue. This is the 'busy' aircon season. the manager came out to our home today to give his word in person that they will fix the installation defect.....

August 2010 -- They finally came back and fixed the installation deficiency. While we are thrilled it is better than before, it is not perfect and the ongoing chasing we had to do for over 3 months has left a sour taste in our mouths for this company. Suggest everyone learn a lesson and thoroughly inspect a job when they say they are done to ensure it is done correctly before paying.
