Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating Ltd GTA

I waited for 2 hours one day and 3 and a half hours the next day for them to show up to service my air condition. I called to see what was happening and spoke to the rudest woman who made excuse after excuse for the delay. No manager to speak to. I will never use them again.

After Sales is THE WORST. Brand new A/C & Furnace installed 2014. Nov 2015 had my 1st Warranty Maintenance performed. June 2016, A/C issues. Called office and told that I DID not honour my Warranty obligation, now no Warranty. Went to office with Nov receipt & VISA bill strongly asking how it was possible I was invoiced with no record of service. Papers thrown at me, told to leave the building. Still unable to get warranty work.

The furnace i bought is less than 4 mths old, the unit has shut down multiple times. The office staff was rude, and very unhelpful. The technicians that they dispatched were just as rude and unhelpful.
Considering that it is still under warranty, it is the poorest service i have ever received to date.
I will be filing a consumer complaint, as it is obvious from the current level of service nothing will change and this will be a very cold winter.
Be warned if you are considering doing business, the smiles and good nature is only until purchase.

They installed air conditioning 2 years ago in 2013 and told me their 10-year warrantee was void last time I call (Aug 2015). They asked for $100 for the same warrantee renew, they said I missed the yearly turn-up which would cost $100 yearly anyways, this is why my warrantee was void. They charged me $234 for their service to turn on the machine, with no advanced notice, saying turning on the break is not covered in warrantee . The manager hand up my call with a bad attitude and said I am no longer his customer without paying for the warrantee.

Researched a lot and finally selected infiniti based on my discussion with sales team. Explained and answered all my questions, very flexible and accommodated my requested schedule to get installed. Installed professionally, satisfied with workmanship.

I purchased a natural gas water heater and was impressed with the competitive price and quality work. They came when they promised, were neat, tidy and efficient. I was so impressed I consulted them shortly after to replace my aging furnace and air conditioner. They ensured I received all available rebates and helped me purchase the right product for my budget. Again, the installation was on schedule, neat and efficient. I am so impressed with this company I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Sam and team!

I had peter and tony install my AC. Peter was very knowledgeable and they both did a clean job. I had no problem at all with my AC and they said if I did all I had to do was call them. Infiniti has been very good to me and I am recommending them to all of my friends.

I am a single mom who is not that knowledgeable about furnaces. I had a lot of quotes. Infiniti was the only company that actually took the time to explain everything for me so I felt comfortable with my decision. Being on a budget, they offered me a financing program that really helped. Thank you Infiniti!
