I called in about getting 2 of my electric heaters that no longer work, repaired. Gentleman on the phone was very easy to talk to, had a general idea prior to coming over about what the problem might be and gave a rough estimate prior to stopping by. Came by 2 days later, and had a look at the problem, and the quote was fairly accurate from over the phone, took about 35 mins to fix the problem. Quick, fast service. Good price, friendly and easy to deal with.

I called in, to get a quote on a furnace install. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, and easily set up an appt to get a quote. When the sales rep stopped by, he was very informative and knowledgeable. Was about to set up an install with the sales rep, and got the job done 2 weeks later(was most convenient for me then) Excellent install and customer service and care for my house and property while in my home.
