We built with Coventry in Sherwood Park with Erika & Shawn. Great service, prompt response to questions and we had a great build from start to finish. The design center visit was great, the site super was fantastic and attentive. We only had a problem with the draw mortgage and their lawyer and minor things here and there but overall we had a great build and are so happy with our house. Thank you, Erika, Josh, Shawn, Amanda and crew at Coventry and trades for all your hard work! We love our house and would definetly suggest this builder to others.

I am currently in the building with Coventry and so far it has been a disaster, they promised us the show home but we basically are getting a spec home. Basically we are paying for all our upgrades cash that were promised in the initial price. Basically anything the sales team tells you will be a complete lye. I would not reccomed Coventry to my worst enemy

Moved into our new home since Nov 2015 (we signed the papers back in late Summer 2014) and now is a good time to write the review....I must say the Sales team in my area is superb. Very prompt in answering queries and ensuring the entire process is as smooth as it possibly can. Sure, some matters(delayed building permit, rough grading approval, etc.) are beyond their control but they do keep you informed. I even received periodic in-progress building photos(exterior and interior) via email.

I must also commend both the Site Superintendent and the Warranty Dept folks. Very professional, responsive and good following ups. Little things that do go wrong but they all get addressed quickly and efficiently...with one notable exception, but no fault of theirs.

Coventry Homes should re-evaluate a certain external vendor, in this case, their kitchen cabinet vendor(company name withheld). But kudos to the Warrant Dept for stepping up and going beyond, in ensuring the external vendor make good their promises.

I built a few years ago and after hearing some colleagues horror stories I had to send a review with what a great experience we had. We had some little issues during the build but everything was addressed quickly.
We had minor issues after moving in but the warranty department was great to work with and even contacted me to book a review.
Coventry is a great builder.

So far we've had excellent customer service, had good suggestions, prompt replies, advice, and attention to details. We are in the process of building so will review again during process but so far so good. Our manager is excellent, patient and seems to know her stuff. We've had many requests which have all been met and nothing has been unreasonable in price or considered an unattainable upgrade. We've done our research though so we've gone into this process educated and prepared, with a clear vision of what we want. Rest assured we are aware it will not all go smoothly but from what we've experienced to date, it has been a good process so far.

totally agreed, they are not a customer service oriented company and very expensive. don't fall for their upgrade bs; not flexible at all after taking your money; taking forever to reply; one day tell you that sure we can do it, the next day it's like sorry we can't do it; extremely disappointed, stay away from them!!!

They are not a customer service oriented company...very expensive and actually outrageous for upgrades...and you are told they have all thses great choices but in reality you don't....one thing for sure they are not flexible at all and will just suck the $$$$ out of you for every little thing....so disappointed!

We love our new house. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the final product was just as expected. There were some small issues during construction which were handled promptly and competently by the superintendent. Since moving into our house, we had the first warranty review which brought up small deficiencies. Corrections were done on time as promised; all trades entering our home were professional and knowledgeable. We have recommended this builder to several friends.

Do NOT build with Coventry homes. Horrible horrible service once papers were signed. Windows were put in wrong and broken. We informed the builders on numerous ocasions that these windows were wrong. Our siding was done 3 times and it's still not done properly. The first heavy rainfall flooded our kitchen (again due to the windows not being properly installed/inspected) Then Coventry made us feel horrible about the incident and that it really was no big deal and that this can happen when it "rains too heavy". No fans brought in nothing.....Coventry are not capable of hiring competent contractors. Craftsmanship and quality is not worth the money you spend. They can sell houses but they sure can't build them!!!!Very unprofessional.
