We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your home. Providing an exceptional customer experience is our number one priority, and we take great pride in working diligently with our clients when issues are brought to our attention. Unfortunately, though your home is now 6 years old, the concerns regarding your basement have just recently been brought to our attention and we are working to assess the situation. To this end, a courtesy call has been booked with our Warranty Manager to view your home in person.
Unfortunately in cases where there is a large span of time between the expiration of the warranty period and the notification of any issues, the decision on if or how we would be able to assist are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once our Warranty Manager has had a chance to take a look at the home he will be sitting down with our General Manager to review.
Please note that if our homeowners experience any issues with their home our Warranty Department and our After Hours Emergency Line numbers are posted on the "Contact Us" page of our website. During regular office hours the phone number is 780-453-5100 and our after-hours line (emergency only; does not accept text messages) is 780-446-5543. All homeowners are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if a potential issue is suspected.
