Bought a new home .New washer and dryer was included in purchase. About a year later we had issues with the dryer . Would not dry clothes it was hot and humid in dryer and electronics were flickering. they didnt vent it properly .They put on 2 screens one on a vent pipe in side the home and one on the outside for critters the one inside blocked off quickly and caused the problem . I had to buy a new dryer as they did nothing about it. Let them know just got a run a round.
Poor warranty! Do not recommend

Built our house with Coventry, after so many problems and delays we got possession on October 2022. There are problems that they did not fix right away and there were still outstanding until this moment. The worst was, I reported that I found water under my artificial plant and I could not find where was coming from. The second floor where the artificial plant is our bathroom. I had a strong feeling it was plumbing issue. However they shove me and told me that they cannot investigate since it was over a year . Plumbing warranty is covered for 2 years. Last June 8, I heard like raindrops while watching tv to my surprise, water was dripping from my ceiling like rain. And guess what, it was the same spot where I reported that there was water. Now my ceiling was soaking from water. We called the emergency hotline of Coventry and he was nothing but stupid. He asked me to call the contractor for plumbing. It was his responsibility to call them and request a dispatch to fixed the issue since this was clearly a plumbing issue which was covered for 2 years!

Stay away from Coventry! I know building a home is not easy there will be hiccups but what I experience from them were over the top stress.

Built a bungalow with Coventry over a year ago. Had nothing but problems with them. We asked for certain things and were promised things that never showed up or were done. Our fault cause weve never built a home before so thinking they knew what they were doing was wrong. Communication with them was impossible and difficult at every step. Spoke to Ty e CEO and still nothing. Site supervisor was a moron. Would strongly recommend you stay away. Or choose a different builder.

With over a year of asking through calls and emails, there are damages that are still not fixed until today. Coventry will just send technicians and promise to fix the issue and for so long, the problem is not been fixed.

The nails on the carpet are bothering us.
They said it is normal. We lived in many houses already in Canada for almost 30 years and this is the first house with this issue and was told that it is normal?

Plumbing on washrooms are not good too. Both bathrooms upstairs have leaking problem even though we got it brand new.

Sadly expensive house and brand new but the stress is with it.

Very slow to respond to any complaints, you have to keep phoning and phoning. They never take responsibility for their mistakes, render apology nor do anything to rectify the problem.

Worst home builders company, once they get your money it's all downhill. I have too much to say but not enough time to write. look at my pictures of the ensuite shower ceiling bubbling in 3 months after the build is done and conventry's solution is to repaint it. home warranty is garbage, they work for the home builders, they told me this type of work is not handled by home warranty and that i have to deal with conventry.

They just want your money. The quality is sub standard, the floor squeaks , the mud job and the paint job is horrible. They tired to fix the mud job but didn't made a difference. You see poor paint job all over the house. Stopped replying to email. Avoid getting build from Coventry.
