Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Mississauga

I bought a door from them and worst experience
1. The door is not level
2. The thresh is hollow if you step on it bends it should not
3.the casings on the inside are baseboards and MDF

I have called them at least 10 times and not response when they answer they say they will come it’s been one year
