Wardco Window Manufacturing

We purchased our Novatech Imagine 2 door set of sliding patio doors a little over 10 years ago through Wardco Window. Within the 10 year warranty period both sets of blinds which operate completely independently broke within the glass panes. The blinds are encased in the glass panes and there is no direct external contact with them. This is very strange that they broke at the exact same time since they are completely independent of one another. We tried several times to phone Wardco Windows and doors but there was never an answer. I finally contacted someone at Wardco by email. At this point it was just outside the warranty and they quoted $2000 to replace the doors. The person at Wardco tried to contact Novatech several times, but they could not get in touch with anyone. This is such a poor business practice for a manufacturer not to respond to their distributor. I tried to contact Novatech directly by phone, but no luck. I also sent a message on their website outlining the situation, but no response. This has been several months now and they have not even got in touch with. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disgusted by this whole experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My mother (recent widow) was looking to upgrade her windows in good faith before selling her home. She was getting half of her home's windows and french doors replaced. Installation was TERRIBLE. The cocking around the windows was a disaster and doors were damaged during installation. She unfortunately paid her bill, with the promise that the doors would be replaced in the near future. AFTER 6 MONTHS NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They ignore her calls and email and continue to push her project aside. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Absolutely worst experience ever, when I called Wardco to request service because window is not staying open( double hung) I was informed that I bought windows from service man “ Norm “ and not Wardco . All my attempts to contact Norm have failed as he never responded to my messages. When I called customer service at wordco I was faced with rude and unpleasant lady who promised to call but never did. I am continuing to try and solve my problem with no effect . Do not trust or go to them! I have spent lots of money and ended being treated unpleasantly and with avoidance. Do not use Norm as your service man because you will never hear from him again!!

The windows don't actually have the specified rating that is labeled. The windows were okay until I knocked on them and they shattered. I don't know what happened to them, they used to be a decent place, now I'm staying away.

Some of the windows which had to be removed and installed were very large, palladium style and had to be negotiated from a ladder to the second floor. This very tricky and potentially dangerous work was done quickly and professionally and the employees went out of their way to ensure a custom trim and fit for the windows.

Very quick, on-time and painless installation. Trustworthy installers, and service. Good quality windows. They also cleaned up after and did not damage the windows they removed, so they could be re-used - very much appreciated.

The company was extremely friendly,professional and cleaned up after themselves.The price was what they quoted and there were no surprises.The workers were polite and helpful and answered any questions I had without any complaints.

We added a 2nd floor this summer. Wardco provided the windows. They are awesome. Well put together and efficient. We even had to make a change mid install. They did it with no problem. I would highly recommend them to any one!!!
