New caulking on bay window

Lucid Windows responded to my request on Homestars this morning for a caulking specialist to replace the old caulking on the front bay window.

A very polite man showed up at 4pm and had the job done in an hour. The area was all cleaned up.

I'm very pleased with the work and price and which is Guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend Lucid windows.

Very good service

I had an old door threshold that needed to be replaced with a custom threshold. Lucid Windows did the job which looked good at first, so I made full payment. But as the door got used , there were issues. Lucid Windows kept coming back and did not run away like other contractors. Ultimately they fixed all my issues to my complete satisfaction. The threshold works well now and looks good after several days of heavy use. I definitely would recommend Lucid for any door or window job. The technician Emir in particular was very helpful, honest and professional.

One long window pane in the living room cracked when we forced it open (partially locked!). Called a few companies....some just quoted by text. Lucid needed to see the damage to assess. They did and explained our options. Work was done at reasonable price to our satisfaction. ..knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them and will use again, if needed.
