Installation of Lennox S30 thermostat was a seem less event due to the excellent accurate product recognition support and communication by Shawna who answered our service request. The service repairman was equally skilled and a friendly excellent communicator guiding us through the service process and setup of the Lennox i-comfort software.
I recommend this company!

Heat pump warranty

Almost new home with a heat pump Pope and Sons installed and warrantied. When it went they eventually replaced it but fought with our builder about the warranty and required that we pay them and make a claim.
The service tech was great the owner was rude and we won't use them again.
