They were hired by our property management company to come and repair our shower as well as our bathtub that was leaking. The came one day (Monday) an hour late, to fix, however they weren't able to fix both as the shower needed 2 people.
I called to book them in for the next day and was told that they were too busy for the rest of the week. I was very accommodating and understood so I asked for Friday. The owner told me, to be safe, he would book it in for first thing (8-8:30am) the following Monday, so 7 days with only one working shower, which I said no problem.
8:35am o the Monday I was booked in for, and they are still not here, nor did I received a call, so I called them. I spoke to the owner again and was told that they wouldn't be there on time and "he was sorry he didn't call".
I was told they would have to come later as he booked his other guy on another job, even though mine was booked a week in advance. When I said I have a meeting at 10am, all I was told was that he didn't know if they could start then and "what more did I want, he already said sorry."
At 9:50am the owner arrived to make sure my door was open for them, to which I then started my meeting, keeping my dogs locked up so they wouldn't get outside.
They didn't start the job until 11:15am. If I had not been working from home, I would have had to take the whole day off work for them without prior notice or a phone call to advise me.
Poor customer service all around, would not recommend unless you have hours to wait for your late appointment and don't care that they do not call to advise of changes.

Punctual, friendly, One plumber was here for 3.5 hours, the owner for 2, plus travel time. Owner estimated $250 or couple of hours... but so much plastic and bits from the old water heater they replaced yesterday it took twice as long.....so took off $100.and didn't charge for his time... Troubleshoot h&c water supply to Kit sink & Bthrm shower; + replace wax seal, flange, collar, bolts, and fix toilet in bsmt to floor.also parts for the toilet including caulking...was $550. But owner estimated $250.so took off $100.and didn't charge for his time... Today's work was $450... Yesterday replaced hot water tank (gas) ... one plumber here for 6 hours plus cost of tank and take away old one... $1250... They are licensed qualified plumbers and I would recommend them...

Another company had fixed our backed up toilet drain -- they cleared the blockage but didn't put the toilet back right so we had small puddles at the toilet base each morning. Paul from G Rossi fixed it up perfectly. We were very happy with G Rossi's service, professionalism and responsiveness. Next time, they're our first call!

Great service showed up on time and was able to analyse problems . Offered economical options for completing work and advised why the most economical may not work and what further work may be required left options to me

Tried to fix back up drain with economical solution but had to schedule second plumber with snake to clean drain out to street

All other work completed in one call and plumber had all the parts needed to complete work

Second plumber to come and clean out the drains also followed up to ensure all previous work completed

Gorgio came and changed out my hot water tank. He was soo nice that a lot of people in my condo complex used him for their new hot water tanks. I have had him come many times over the years and he always has a smile and my bill is ALWAYS reasonable. GREAT GUY!!!

I just wanted to write a review up on Homestars to say thanks so much to Giorgio Rossi and his team of plumbers. I had them come to install new sinks and a toilet in my master bedroom. The service was unbelievably professional and well done. Giorgio had great customer care and the price was right. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job you need done.

I had a big natural calling a couple of days ago and managed to clog up the toilet pipes. I called up Rossi G and he managed to get the pipes clear. Now I can go to the washroom, comfortably =). Great service!
