Ted Pilon and his team have worked on my home for many, many years. Ted has personally come to look any issues or concerns to determine the work that is needed to be done by his team. He works hand in hand with various contractors, and is very knowledgeable about home renovations.

Repair water leak through crack in foundation

Pilon Contracting's solution to the problem was an epoxy injection application from the interior of the foundation. Water intrusion continued for one year thereafter at which time Pilon Contracting claimed there was a second foundation crack which they had not initially noticed. Another contractor has since properly and sucessfully repaired the exterior of the foundation wall - no further leakage has occurred.
