Company was on site for 18 months and did whatever it took during a huge reclad filled with many unexpected issues with the previous envelope construction. Managed customer expectations exceptionally well and the project was well handled. Extra-ordinary customer service delivery managing "many personalities" to get us to the finish line.

In a $5 million project in our condo complex they were very disorganized. They did good work overall, but left us with dryer vents on most units that didnt meet fire code and any item that i needed fixed had to be told several times. If they would just write it down.. they promised each of us $50 to pay for power they used plugging into our outlets during construction and nobody has seen this reibursement yet. Good potental and nice people but poor follow up.

This company was contracted by our condo board to replace our patio doors and windows,excellent windows,the workers were very efficient. However,one of my windows does not close completely, and I get no reply from the website,and I had to contact them several times to finish the patio doors.
So- excellent product & workers,poor follow through.

We we very happy with the workmanship and execution of our siding project. They were happy to answer any questions we had and were extremely patient with us. We recommended them to install my mother in-laws window as well.

Absolutely outstanding from the estimate to the installation. Andrew Lemkes did a great job with a tricky 1935 home to keep the windows looking the same as they did 80 years ago!! These folks are the best and I would highly recommend them

The site was left clean and they were in and out in one day. They delivered the trim a week early so that I could paint it before it was put in after the window install, making the touch ups really easy! Great customer service

2 men arrived at the scheduled time. Both were very friendly and professional. Asked if I had any questions they could answer.
They left the inside and outside work areas clean. Took the old windows and other materials away.
Showed me the work areas and asked again if I had any questions.

We are very pleased with the results of the work and how the windows look.

The quality of the work is excellent and the employees are easy to deal with. I had a few minor issues with scheduling but a good experience overall.

We were very happy with their work . We did recommend them to a family member who visited the shoe room. Unfortunately, they were not happy with the service they received and went elsewhere. We are very please from the service call visit to install, delivery time and finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to all that ask.

The salesman was knowledgeable, took proper measurements, and the window installation went smoothly with the installers cleaning up nicely after themselves.
