2 men arrived at the scheduled time. Both were very friendly and professional. Asked if I had any questions they could answer. They left the inside and outside work areas clean. Took the old windows and other materials away. Showed me the work areas and asked again if I had any questions. We are very pleased with the results of the work and how the windows look.
