We appreciate you taking the time to review your recent service experience with our business and with Shaun, your licensed service professional. We appreciate all feedback for every situation. We were; however, surprised to see that you thought that the price structure did not accomodate different price points as when we pulled your invoice to discuss it with Shaun, this morning, we noticed that 4 options for your service call were formally presented to you. The 4 options presented ranged from basic, good, better and finally best. All options were presented and you chose to proceed with the better option which was #3 out of #4 in terms of price point. This option included the additional warranty and additional supply of drain maintenance products. In providing you with these options we were providing a range of price points to accomodate the needs of all of our customers. Should you wish to go over anything in more detail please give us a call, we would be more than happy to address this on a one on one basis to make sure you understand what was presented and authorized by yourselves.

We appreciate all reviews, be it a 10 or a 2, it helps strengthen our business and customer relations, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. I am happy to hear that we were able to provide service to you within 1 hour of you calling to arrange for service on Sunday April 2nd 2017. This is why we operate 24/7, with no overtime charges, to be available to our clients when they need us most! To address the itemized breakdown that you were looking for, it was indicated on the phone at the time of booking (by myself, Lindsay the office manager) that we charge by the job and NOT by an hourly rate (i.e. time and material). This was also reiterated at the time of presenting the quotation, with no obligation to proceed with any recommended options of repair and required signed authorization to proceed. You were kept abreast of everything from our complete process, to the written quotation provided upfront before we proceeded with how you saw fit.
