Christian came out at midnight on a Saturday in the middle of Tornado warnings to replace our dead pump, otherwise I'd have been baiing my quickly flooding basement all night long. He was awesome!

Water heater replacement

Two technicians (Brydon Pole and Ron Shouldice) came to install the new water heater. The removal of the old heater and installation of the new one was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They were careful to avoid any damage to walls while moving the water heater and related parts to the basement, and again when removing the old water heater. They were both very polite and professional. They also kept me informed of how the work was progressing. They did excellent work.

I liked that there was a short window for the appointment, so I didn't need to plan the whole day around the fix. Peter was great and explained everything well. Every necessary action was discussed and approved prior to the work starting and price was always confirmed up front. The cost of work that I can easily complete on my own was quite high, so I plan on replacing the toilet and taps myself now that the plumbing and water pressure issues have been fixed. I'm was quite impressed with the entire process, from first contact to job completion.

The plumber was excellent however when my landlord phoned to follow up with the main office they refused to speak with him because he was not me!
Even though all future work would be his responsibility as there were tree roots blocking the pipes, so as my landlord is a contactor he will be using another plumber

Krisztian was professional and tidy - he quoted the price for the work to be done and completed the repair needed in about an hour.
Cleaned up afterwards and was respectful by wearing the booties and using a mat.

Plumbing kitchen.

I need some one to get my drain from my kitchen unpluged and called Mr Rooter.

I had Ron come over here looked at it and gave me some quotes. I let him know which one I wanted. He then got all his equipment. He covered the floor he also had those booties on. He did the job very professional. Cleaned up after himself, left the house no mess really liked him would recommend home to people great job Ron. Georgina.
