We were very pleased with the professional service by Elijah, Andrew & Gio while doing a replacement of our windows & doors. They were prompt, courteous & efficient. We would recommend them for any future projects.
A little more attention to the outside cleanup would be helpful.

Big thank you to Dohyun and Paul for the wonderful job they did replacing my windows and patio door. These guys were professional caring workers. They went above and beyond in customer care. I am truly grateful to these two men.

We belong to a strata ( 38 Units)that had all that had all the windows replaced by Centra.The product they installed was excellent and the Installation team of Elijah Gio were very professional,accomodating and very helpful.At the beginning they gave us a time table from start to finish and (can't Believe it) they finished ahead of Schedule....Today this is unheard of.Very impressed.

A leaking window was found in our bathroom that it needed to replace with a new one as soon as possible. It was no doubt that we called Centra directly. As known, Centra got a good reputation, in fact, they have a lot of good reviews from public. Centra installation team, Nick & Ryan, showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were all polite and preformed an excellent job. And they did all the clean up after the work completion. Thankyou.

Centra Windows came highly recommended, and right from the first interaction with the salesman, Ben Jones, I could see why. He was professional, helpful and very personable. We were given an installation date which was accurate and received a phone call two days before to verify. I was most impressed however with the two installers, Nick and Ryan. They showed up on time (with masks), worked efficiently, quickly and with great expertise. Nick answered all questions and even made sure our alarm system was working. They were a great team, and I think our house was cleaner when they left than when they came. EXCELLENT!!

Right from the start we were impressed with Blair Stewart. ( sales rep). The installation was scheduled for Nov 4 and Nov. 5th and went very smoothly. The crew was polite and meticulous and worked very hard. Our utmost thanks to Mike and his crew. Happy clients for any further renovations to our home

They showed up on time, with masks as well. Very courteous and explained everything. Even put down mats so they could access the bathroom. Very skilled and made sure all was done above standard. Great service and would recommend for anyone looking for window or door replacement.

Love, love, love our new windows and patio door. It is so much quieter and warmer in our home. Not to mention how good looking the windows are. Mike, Alan and Brandon from Langley were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better, nicer crew. Will be asking for them for Phase 2.

We purchased our windows 7 years ago from Centra Windows. I recently called because water was backing up in the track of one window during a heavy storm. The service we received in response was excellent, from Anna in Customer Service, to Scott who came (right on time) to remediate the problem. Scott was personable, professional, and dealt with the issue, not just in the window where the water had backed up, but also in all the other windows. You can tell a lot about a company from the service the provide AFTER they have sold you the product
