Trytan, Wayne and Mike M. were the installation team. They were very good at their jobs; hard working and respectful of our home. They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure they cleaned up after their day was done. They explained the processes they used to properly install and waterproof the installation. there were two minor rot issues discovered after they had removed the old windows and door and they were excellent in advising us of our options and costs to repair. they scheduled the repairs immediately and completed the job.
I would certainly recommend Centra and thank the team assigned for a job well done. Ray-the initial sales contact and Kyle the manager were also excellent and delivered on all their promises. Thanks to all of you.

Since the purchase of our home in 2008, we've longed for better windows but had to wait for the right time and budget. 2021 became the year to invest in our home and our research led to Centra Windows - Nanaimo.

From start to finish, our experience with the Centra team has been exemplary. Jeremy helped us pick out the best windows within our budget and provided the best bang for buck deal while Cory scheduled the installation, provided follow-up info, and maintained open lines of communications.

However, the All-Stars of this experience were the Installation Team of Calvin, Merlin, and Gui. This team exceeded all expectations working steadily throughout the 3 days, answering and addressing any questions along the way, were mindful of our comfort and space, maintained the strictest of COVID protocols, and did it all with the most open and friendliest of attitudes.

The end result was a flawless installation of new windows and a slider door that look stunning giving our home a modern facelift. The window quality is solid with secure locks, smooth slides, helps maintain control of interior temperatures, and a blissful muting of exterior noise.

Braden , Dallas, and Miguel were the installers for my windows. They promptly arrived at 8:00 and completed the job by 2:00. I am very happy with the windows and the instillation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or these installers to anyone in the future.

We are so pleased with our new windows and doors, quality is outstanding! The crew of workers, the 2 Nicks, Theo and Rene were very courteous, professional & friendly, even our dog, Ozzy missed them when the job was done. Thank you Centra Windows for the excellent work done replacing our windows. I would especially like to thank our team of Braden, Dallas and Marco who worked in difficult conditions of snow and cold. Our windows are quite large and difficult to access from the outside. Our team was very professional, efficient and worked well together. They treated our home with respect and left it very clean. These gentlemen were also very personable, it was a pleasure to get to know them. I will request this team when it is time to replace the remaining windows .

I was very pleased with the work done by Chris , Ray and Alyssa . They presented themselves when they got here and explained what they were going to do. Set up to protect everything. Worked really hard and were very considerate. Also very Covid respectful. Were here for 2 days. Cleaned up everyday like they were not even there. They knew their jobs very well and worked very well together.

We contracted Centra Windows to install energy efficient windows in our home on November 23, 2020. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Centra because of their efficiency and attention to detail. I would like to give a special thanks to my installers Pablo, Randy, and Ray who were awesome individuals to deal with and every small detail mattered to them to ensure our satisfaction.
