It started with Ben from Centra providing a quote and then Mike, Ray and Barb came out to our house and provided an excellent installation of the windows. Kyle jumped in to provide some extra TLC which was followed up by Anna and Ryan - ensuring that everything was completed and done to Centra standards. An excellent group of people at Centra! A team of caring, professional and "nice individuals" to have at your house, making it into a home!

Mike, Ray, Barb and Graeson were so professional and hard working. They made the experience of replacing windows and doors painless. The care they took in ensuring a perfect installation, the patience they had with all our questions and the pride they had in their work was refreshing and reassuring. Thank you very much to Centra installation crew that did a quick and efficient job installing 8 windows in about 5 1/2 hours. Left our place nice and clean. Even went above and beyond to repair and replace a downspout that had to be removed to install a window. Great job guys

Unfortunately my current experience with Centra was nothing like it was about 10 years ago. The product and service I received back then was outstanding. This time around my estimator Brad was unhelpful, uncommunicative and under-delivered. Out of the ten items to be installed, six arrived either damaged or were incorrect on delivery day. It took another six weeks for them to come back and replace the incorrect items and complete the door installation, and there were still errors. It's now September and I am still waiting for them to install the correct glass on a window and a window opener. Getting the information for the government grant from Brad was next to impossible. No one responds to or acknowledges emails, not even the CEO. The only people who did their best were the installers. On the three installation days they were pleasant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very tidy. I won't be using Centra again and will never recommend them to anyone again. It's a pity as they have great products and their installation process is cleaner than other window suppliers.

The 10/10 rating does not represent how I feel today, far from it, but maybe over the long arc of time Centra will live up to it.

I recently had Centra replace my 25 year old brass grid windows on Dilworth. I love the look of my new windows. Several of my neighbors have comment on how great they look. I 100% recommend Centra Windows. Jake was exceptional as were the crew of Damon, Darren, Erik and Kyle. They were very professional and a I was very comfortable having them in my home. They cleaned up everything perfectly, in fact some areas were cleaner after they were done than before.

We had all of the windows and a patio door replaced by Centra. They worked quickly and were very courteous and professional. They also cleaned things up really well. Workmen (Mani, Andrew & Mikel) were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
