Love, love, love our new windows and patio door. It is so much quieter and warmer in our home. Not to mention how good looking the windows are. Mike, Alan and Brandon from Langley were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better, nicer crew. Will be asking for them for Phase 2.

We purchased our windows 7 years ago from Centra Windows. I recently called because water was backing up in the track of one window during a heavy storm. The service we received in response was excellent, from Anna in Customer Service, to Scott who came (right on time) to remediate the problem. Scott was personable, professional, and dealt with the issue, not just in the window where the water had backed up, but also in all the other windows. You can tell a lot about a company from the service the provide AFTER they have sold you the product

Excellent job by Trystan, Nick, Matt and Raj for the install and Kari, Steven and Kyle for the Management and Brad for the sales. I am happy with the quality and everyone was pleasant to deal with and the guys were clean, worked hard and very pleasant on site. Won't hestitate to use Centra again. Thank you for a job well done!

From the moment we entered the premises in Langley we were very pleased with the service of getting started in purchasing our new windows and patio door. The team of Shawn,Ray, Hany and Damon did an excellent job. They were all so polite and efficient in everything they did and when we are ready to do the ground floor we will for sure be calling Centra

We recently had a large window replaced in our family room. Centra Windows were easy to deal with and answered all our questions prior to visiting our home. When it was time for the installation, Glen and Kyle showed up on time and took the appropriate steps to keep everything clean and as dust free as possible. They did the job faster than we expected and we are thrilled with their work. They left the area very clean and took the time to go through the invoicing and inspection details with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Would highly recommend Centra to anyone.

Josh and Scott installed our windows this week. We were so impressed with their skill and efficiency as well as their respect and care for our home, our family and even our dog. They went above and beyond by fixing little things in our home that were near the windows, things that we never would have expected them to attend to and we appreciated so much. They were personable and hard-working, completed the job in the time frame expected and cleaned up after themselves. We made the right choice going with Centra for our windows and really enjoyed working with Josh and Scott. Thank you!

Woe, what a great experience all around. It began with the initial estimate which was not the lowest but very competitive with the 4 other quotes I received. I chose Centra because I thought I could de-risk the project by selecting a service provider that controlled the whole process from manufacture to installation. This worked out. When the remeasure was completed I was given the schedule installation dates. The Friday before the scheduled start I received an e-mail confirming the crew arrival at 9:00am on the scheduled start. At 9 all 4 crew showed up promptly. I got a good feeling right away. The crew were courteous and cheerful. We did the orientation and the crew leader briefed me on their plan of attack and work immediately started. The work proceeded very efficiently and within the first 2 days all 13 new windows were installed. the work included some very difficult raked picture windows with the tallest reaching 10 feet high. All went off very smoothly from my point of view. The next 2 days were spent on the finishing touches and all completed right on schedule. I cannot say enough about the crew, Braden (lead), Mike (safety), Dan and Erik (Fabian). Every day they communicated clearly on what the were going to do, when they were going to arrive and when they planned to leave. They were cheerful and got along well on the job site. They responded to any requests any requests we made without exception. And throughout it all they were very safety conscience and respected all the new protocols associated with this unique virus issue we are all trying to adapt to. They even apologized that because of this issue they could not help us bring in the groceries on one occasion. My wife was impressed!!! All in all a job well done and we will definitely be talking up Centra Windows and the team assigned to our project.

My daughter had 11 windows done last year and she was so happy with them i decided I should look into having the patio windows done as we were never happy with them they leaked. So we asked Bryon Richardson so give us a quote. He is such a awesome person he went above and beyond

We had all of the windows in our home replaced. Randy, Pablo and Joe were professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were prepared, polite, friendly, and worked very well together. They gladly answered all of our questions, and completed the job as scheduled. From our sales rep Ben, to the emails and phone calls from the office to installation, we could not have asked for anything better! We would recommend Centra Windows to anyone.

Our strata is having all the windows replaced in the complex. Our unit has recently been completed and we found the crew doing the job, Dylan, Calvin, Josh & Eric very competent. They were all polite, personable & professional. They worked well together and always seemed to be well organized. They left the job site in a neat and tidy condition at the end of each working day. They have stayed on schedule so we knew when to expect them at our unit. We are very happy with our finished windows. Thank you fellows for a job well done.
