Sales rep Mark came over & discussed different options involving materials & install methods ( very knowledgeable ) Presented me with a very detailed printed estimate on the spot & how much lead time was needed ( no pressure ) I must add of the 4 estimates I got Centra was the most expensive but cost isn't the most important factor product & reputation are more of a consideration. Centra's installers ( Brendan,Rod & David )arrived at scheduled time discussed in detail the install & went right to work. Install went flawlessly & once the guys were finished installing the clean up was over the top. Once all cleaned up they went over operation of windows & maintenance. The project was A-ONE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, PERFECT.
