Jensen's Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Our builder used Jensen's to build our new home in 2020/2021. Almost nothing was done properly. The floor-mounted tub filler was not tightened properly and two years later we're dealing with the aftermath of a flood after the tub filler popped off it's mounting screws. In addition to this there were leaks under 4 of the 8 sinks installed in the house. We called them back to repair. After the "repairs" 2 of the sinks were still leaking at which point we gave up and had our builder's handyman take over the repairs. In two of the bathrooms the plates behind the shower faucets were not affixed to the tile wall in any way and were spinning around. It was as if someone yelled "fire" while the plumbing fixtures were being installed and they ran out and never came back.

Plumbing all worked from the outset, but they put in-floor heating in a pantry which was already going to be hot due to its location directly above the basement boiler room. Wiring was a mess, even though it worked. There were some maintenance issues as the years ticked by, but Jensen would not even acknowledge receipt of our voicemail requested for service. They could have called and told us they were not proud of their original work & feared they could not troubleshoot or repair it, but we never heard back from them on 3 separate occasions.

I would not recommend this company. 12 yrs after building our house, the new owners have massive plumbing issues. Pressure Valve has gone...a very rare occurrence but a costly insurance claim and in the middle of that claim a leaking membrane in our shower has them with more repairs. Biggest issue at time of Construction in 2005 was that they insisted they knew how to install a Viessmann system and they did not. Home Warranty and certified Viessmann professionals had to be called in but it was too late....system was already installed and couldn't be made right....only repaired.

They were very accomadating and efficient.They came on the day they said they would and did a very good job of the install of all the plumbing needed in our house.The price we got was competitive and fair.
