Tub Filler faulty installation and many other problems
Our builder used Jensen's to build our new home in 2020/2021. Almost nothing was done properly. The floor-mounted tub filler was not tightened properly and two years later we're dealing with the aftermath of a flood after the tub filler popped off it's mounting screws. In addition to this there were leaks under 4 of the 8 sinks installed in the house. We called them back to repair. After the "repairs" 2 of the sinks were still leaking at which point we gave up and had our builder's handyman take over the repairs. In two of the bathrooms the plates behind the shower faucets were not affixed to the tile wall in any way and were spinning around. It was as if someone yelled "fire" while the plumbing fixtures were being installed and they ran out and never came back.
