Oct 13, 2022 Long-distance move from Ontario to Nova Scotia Amazing service Ontario to Nova Scotia I have a big farm, barn, garage and 2 bedroom house. Josh, Victor and Jacob arrived on time, and gave me a heads up when we reached the estimate of cost. I said, carry on. They even got the porta potty up in the truck and the riding lawn mower. The workers were amazing in Ontario . Moving to NS required a storage service, and on the requested move into the new home, the three men that came were as good as the first three. This time Josh, Jacob and Chris came and got everything off loaded. They even offered to take things to the new container, if it had arrived on time. I was so impressed because you often hear of a lot of negative reviews, and I was nervous. I am thrilled with Jeff and his team and even bragged to my real estate agent as to how good they were. I would certainly recommend them over any others that I had contacted for this move.

We moved a senior from an apartment to a senior complex in Fredericton, N.B. The staff at Smart Movers Fredericton were compassionate and kind during this difficult move. They provided support in coordination with the hospital and senior complex and were very flexible. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and sensitivity to this particular situation.

I used Smart Movers to move some items from my portable garage into my basement. I contacted them on a Monday afternoon and they scheduled the work for the next afternoon I was told they would call an hour ahead but they had a break in their schedule and called before noon on Tuesday. I missed less than an hour of work including the time to get home and back. I would definitely recommend them for any moving needs.

Movers arrived earlier then was discussed (nothing was ready yet, because we expected them 2 hrs later) on a small truck, so had to do few trips. Worked slow, traveled to destination like turtles. Overcharged for 1 hr. To all the questions answered "I don't care". When we had a dispute regarding overcharging me for 1 hour, I tried to call office during business hours, but for sure nobody answered the phone. To my question about why their manager not answering the phone, they said that he might be in church (at 5:20 pm on Tuesday ), but he always answered when they called him. Also they refused to provide a receipt. Movers refused to assemble the bed frame, and left 35 minutes earlier, they said that they don't have enough time to do this, because there is another charge (30 mins) for traveling to my place in the morning . For some reason they take only cash and etransfer. Terrible service, won't recommend.

I was so happy with every part of my experience with Smart Movers. They were the only company that called me after sending a quote, and Jeff explained every part of the quote and asked if I had any other questions. When I was ready to set the date, we arranged times and pickup/drop off and they accommodated my needs, as I was going to be out of town for a few days. The movers themselves were quick and professional, and protected my furniture and belongings. Everything arrived perfectly and the drop off was easy and quick. Thank you so much for making my relocation easy and worry-free!

Had a full size upright piano picked up and delivered. It was certainly not an easy move but they got it done and placed it exactly where I wanted it without a scratch. The guys were pleasant and respectful. I will use this company again for sure.

Move from Fredericton NB to Halifax NS just recently . This company provided personnel that are highly professional in all manners of moving high priced furniture . They work long hours and never a complaint . I am highly impressed and would recommend this company .

I had moved out of New Brunswick for about a year, and a half, I moved back to my home City of Fredericton in 2011, and then moved into the old apartment at 333 Cliffe Street.

I contacted Smart Movers to do the moving job. They came, and packed all of my furniture, and other belongings, they packed everything securely,and moved everything in one trip.

They were extremely professional, and Courteous, and they evening set every thing up for me at my new apartment. The price, I was charged, was more then fair, and I would highly recommend them to all of my family, and friends.
