Dave came to fix a blocked toilet. He said he would be there between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. He arrived at 4:30. He removed the toilet, and cleared the blockage, but left splatters of debris from the drain on my wall and floor, some of it was tracked onto my bedroom carpet.
The toilet works now but i have to use my plunger at least once a week. I have lived in this house for 15 years and have never had a problem before.
Also $400 for about 1 hours of work was rediculous. I just wanted him out so i could clean the mess he left, i paid and said goodbye.

We used Buzz plumbing before and rates were reasonable, but this time around I feel I got seriously taken advantage of.

We texted and mentioned our bathtub faucet was leaking, and Buzz text back saying they could come by the next day at 11am to repair it. The plumber came in around 12:15(a little late but that wasn't a big deal) then proceeded to repair the faucet. After the seriously simple repair they stuck me with a $450 bill. Didn't even give us an estimate!?!? Just repaired it with a cheap part and charged us $450!?! I asked what the $450 charge was for and the plumber started going off on how he only earns $100,000 a year and the service charge was $200 for just coming in. The plumber also began ranting on how the tub was 1 year out of date and the faucet was in a different warehouse etc etc etc..... It was a Friday morning non emergency call and they still charged $200 for a service call even though we contacted them the day before non emergency call.....

I found the part at the local hardware store for $40....they charge $250....wowzers!!!!!!

Be very wary of this company as it seems they're now beginning to gouge customers with inflated service costs and parts costs. There are alot more honest, affordable options out there.

Had Dave from Buzz plumbing an heating first do my hot water tank. Should have been a red flag when he complained about picking up tank. So had him back (actually his cousin she was fantastic) to install a toilet. Floor was completely level but tank was not so they used many shims. After install tank lid was put on and it was all miss aligned from factory. Dave was contacted and said yup be right on it to have lid replaced. 8 months later still waiting. He always has an excuse. The place where toilet was purchased said I need a receipt to get it replaced. Still waiting on Dave.

In the fall buzz plumbing replaced a motor in my carrier furnace. I was told that Carrier did not have the same part and that they have a similar option. I had them come back less that a week later because my furnace was not firing properly and it was so noisy. The tech that came out said he did the best he could do but the part came from China and was not made the same as what carrier provided. Cut to the cold snap back in February and the furnace stopped working. I called buzz plumbing and they could not come out because they were too busy which I understood. I managed to find someone. Turns out the piece that buzz plumbing said they could not get he could. He said what they installed was overheating because the puck was too small. I sent all this info to buzz and have been ignored ever since. stay away from the company please. I do not recommend them even as a last resort
