Dave came to fix a blocked toilet. He said he would be there between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. He arrived at 4:30. He removed the toilet, and cleared the blockage, but left splatters of debris from the drain on my wall and floor, some of it was tracked onto my bedroom carpet. The toilet works now but i have to use my plunger at least once a week. I have lived in this house for 15 years and have never had a problem before. Also $400 for about 1 hours of work was rediculous. I just wanted him out so i could clean the mess he left, i paid and said goodbye.
