Wouldn't recommend Look Homes. WAY to many corners cut by this company. Contractors or not, its still their name. Low quality in terms of lighting fixtures, carpet, flooring and every month, im finding something that makes me think the lazy/cheap option was taken.

I wouldn’t build with them again. I could go on and on as to why, but I won’t because my personal list is too long. The one thing I will say is, the staff was generally friendly and professional, but not enough to merit giving Look a positive review. We fell in love with a floor plan and a neighborhood, and that left us a little short-sighted. If you’re thinking of building with a new home builder, go knock on a few doors of the homes they’ve built and ask the home homeowners what they think. Make the most informed decision as possible. The devil is truly in the details.

The building / sales process was great. However the warranty department is terrible. Issue after issue and they would rarely resolve anything. They typically just tell you everything is normal. After our year we are still left with multiple deficiencies including a beam that is splitting, foundation cracks, water damage etc. are now have submitted a claim through the Alberta new Home Warranty program. Stay away! What a headache!

Build a home with the basic plans with adjustment to the floor plan. Home was built in timely manner but after possession things were not dealt in happy manner. After sale services needs improvement only then recommendation is suggested.

they built our home to a very high standard. they were about 4 weeks behind with our build and seemed to have to rush the final stages so that we were able to move in 3 days before christmas. over all we are very happy with the home in all
