The building / sales process was great. However the warranty department is terrible. Issue after issue and they would rarely resolve anything. They typically just tell you everything is normal. After our year we are still left with multiple deficiencies including a beam that is splitting, foundation cracks, water damage etc. are now have submitted a claim through the Alberta new Home Warranty program. Stay away! What a headache!
