I need to change all sanitry item,shower,closet, lights. I offer to my builder to change my sanitry.i was ready to pay for that but they refused my request. There are many issues with my house they didn't fix that even after promising to me that they will fix it

We moved into our new build just over 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with the result. While we didn’t have any major issue after moving in, Ben was outstanding in addressing our concerns. He was never dismissive, even of the trivial issues that were brought up. He was exceptionally prompt, both in responding to our calls and in arranging to have items dealt with. Can’t say enough for his professional, competent and friendly manner. Thank you!

Im so much thankful for our warranty supervisor at New Castle, Edmonton. Heis so nice, accommodating, diligent and patient. He makes sure that his clients/homeowners are satisfied in every job done. Or if its not, he assures you that it will be done.

We have been very happy with our pre- and post-move care from our entire Sterling team. We moved in about 2 months ago and have had very prompt service as soon as needed. Ben in Warranty has been wonderful!

Ben, warranty technician, in Newcastle is very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. I have had my share of warranty issues in my new home and Ben always responded quickly and professionally. He also has many skills and will fix things during his visit. Ben also went out of his way to explain things to ensure I understood what was happening. Ben has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had some issues with our sump pump and Benjamin, our Warranty Tech, was super quick to answer our request and to come out to address the issue. Plumber was scheduled and came the same day to fix the issue.

We purchased a spec home with Sterling in the south side around 2017. We've had the home for over a year now. At the very start, the sales representative that we were working with (Ryan) was very friendly, receptive and responsive with us and our realtor. He walked us through all aspects of the home before we bought it to make sure that we were okay with everything. Before the home was built, we wanted a small change to our kitchen counters which was accommodated by Sterling. Moving into the home, we had very few problems but the warranty folks that we worked with were top notch. Any time we had any issues with the home, we communicated this with the warranty folks (Qualico) rather than trying to post a negative review or complain and this equated into a good relationship where even after the 1 year warranty, we had some issues that they were able to resolve for us. As we did our landscaping requirements, we have also had quick responses from Sterling to help out on requests. Have been really happy with Sterling so far and would certainly buy another house from them in the future if the opportunity arises.

We built second house with Sterling and it was custom home. we had some issues with Sales team as they don't know how to deals with houses in other communities.

Other than that, it was normal process with some issues but service is good.

Absolutely excellent service in all aspects. The house was ready to move in when we viewed, and we loved it from the first minute we saw it.
Ryan and his team were very supportive and knowledgeable in the whole process from introducing us to everything to possession of the house.
The house is built superbly, the Warrenty conditions are very good, can only be recommended to everyone.

In terms of warranty services, Trevor is abrupt in taking actions to our needs, it was just a few errors in the furnace but they are easy to talk to. In just an hour or two, concerns were managed. Thumbs up.
