An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The guys have finished the roof and I just wanted to let you know how good a job they did. It is really too bad my house is so far from the road as it really should be a show piece. I stand there and stare at it. It looks far better than I ever imagined. Almost too good because now I will have to re-stain the house as the new roof really shows up the rest of the house.
I also wanted to tell you how good your crew is. They were an exceptional crew. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain how things were being done all along the way. Even though I wasn’t here most of the time I feel that I know how everything was done and it makes me feel real comfortable knowing that they didn’t skip any corners and did everything the best way possible. I can stare at the roof all I want and I just can’t see any flaws (and I was up there looking when they were doing it). They were very polite and courteous all along the way. They even phoned when they were running late or were not coming because of rain. They also took great care in cleaning up after themselves. I appreciated all of it (especially my wife).
They really give your company a good name.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone.
On a side note, the product that you recommended is great. I can’t imagine how another product would look any better. All the ripples and waves in my original roof have disappeared. You should call it the shock and awe product.
