Sales consultant understood what I wanted, he was astute, gave good suggestions and did follow up. The installation was great, very efficient and professional. There was one or two deficiencies but the service staff were very quick and fixed them to my satisfaction. The prices were very
reasonable. I love the look of the windows and I have really noticed a difference in my home with the energy efficient windows. I would recommend Durabuilt anytime.

Replacement of Patio Doors and Windows

Many mistakes were made by manufacturing staff making the patio door. Cannot read simple specs to make the door correctly and poor internal systems that staff do not communicate well in order to deliver a good product. We were told many times that the door was ready and stayed home from work to accommodate this and then the door was once again incorrectly made. After 4 doors being made, it is completely ridiculous the lack of attention to detail in manufacturing and the amount of errors that could happen. The staff are either very poorly trained or just don’t know how to build a customized door. The process started in July and it is now December and we are still without one patio door. This company completely lacks integrity, especially the sales staff who are completely dishonest with the customer. This company is all about the dollar and does not care about customer service or making sure the customer is happy. We even tried to contact the sales supervisor since the sales person, Craig was not returning calls. The supervisor is also dishonest and unresponsive and the president of the company was unresponsive. Worst customer service experience ever!

Windows installed

Horrible customer care.
When we first showed interest with Durabuilt they called us and followed up only a daily basis. But once they had our down payment it was a whole new story. They changed the installment date and said they didn't have our phone number so sent us an email with the new date. I called the day before to confirm they were still coming and that's when I was informed over the phone of the new installment date.
Our windows were installed in August and by October we had condensation on the frame and windows. I called and asked if someone could come and see if this is normal and they sent out a technician 3 weeks later. The technician said Durabuilt uses 4 inches of insulation but only 2 inches were used on our windows. We felt this is why we were having so much condensation. The technician said the installer had to review this and someone would contact us shortly. I called 3 days later to follow up. I was told again someone would call me back shortly. A week later no phone call so I called AGAIN and was told that Durabuilt only uses 2-3 inches of insulation. Now I was very confused so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was in a meeting so I was told he would call back later that day. No phone call. 4 days later I call back and ask to speak to the manager. I left a voice mail asking to please call me to explain who is correct. I've yet to receive a phone call from them.
Durabuilt has the WORST customer care!
All I would like is for someone to call me but apparently returning a phone call to a costumer who has given you money is just to much to ask.
Would I recommend Durabuilt? Absolutely not.

We needed 13 windows installed in my 30 yr. old house with 2X6 construction, the hunt was on. After getting 3 quotes, we decided on Durabuilt Windows. It was our good fortune to meet Harmandeep Singh our Sales Rep. and he made our window shopping a very positive experience. Durabuilt Windows on Argyll Rd. have a great showroom allowing us to see the inside and outside profile, making it easy to see what our finished windows would look like. Durabuilt had our triple glaze and Solar Ray windows and provided the best warranty. The installation was perfect, and on time. Durabuilt easily had the best price. If you need windows don't miss giving Durabuilt Windows a look. Thanks

“I would like to say that I was very impressed with the crew that installed the windows last Saturday. They were on time, efficient, worked diligently despite the adverse weather conditions, did an incredible job on the trim, particularly the kitchen window because of the tile, and cleaned up after the installation was done. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!”

main floor window replacement x 5

We were very pleased with our first experience with Durabuilt one year ago, when they replaced our basement windows. We had them return this year to replace the main floor windows.. Again we were pleased with the work done. Everything was done on time and at the projected cost. It was easy to work with the salesman and the installers. The installers were very clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend the business.

New Windows

DONT BUY THESE WINDOWS, THE PRODUCT IS AWFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE!! We had 11 large custom replacement windows installed a year ago. In April one of the windows formed a small crack that quickly went almost right across the window. I called the installer who told me that this sometimes happend and that is why there is a 2 year warranty, I was told to tape the window so it wouldnt crack further and that they would start the warranty claim. About a month later I received a call that the replacement was ready to install in about a week and that they would be in touch to arrange a time. At that point it all went really bad. No one ever called to arrange but I made over a dozen calls asking them to commit to a date. I always got the same answer, the installer will call you as they book their own appointments and no you can not have his number. He never called me. I finally called and insisted to speak with his manager and after nearly 4 months I finally had a install date. I made arrangements for someone to be there to let him in and "surprise" they never showed up, when I called they said my window wasn't scheduled yet for install. Needless to say I was very frustrated. They ended up rebooking us a week later. Now we have second window that the seal has gone on. I have now left 2 messages that I need to make a claim but again no one will return my call and I cant speak to anyone but the receptionist. I am digging in for another battle, ARGH!!!
