We’ve had to upgrade numerous original appliances less than 10 years old. Canadian Appliance Source was a great resource to research the replacement products we wanted. Going to the showroom to see the pieces in person the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an appliance store. Delivery team was excellent too.

Sales person was friendly and informative. Delivery was seem less. Unfortunately, recommended installers have not yet reached out so had to go with another company but salesperson did advise me in advance this could happen. Appreciated the honesty.

My wife and I purchased a new Maytag Commercial washing machine from CAS, Whitby, on December 9, 2020. The gentleman who helped us was Al. The service that we received from the beginning was excellent. Al was so knowledgeable, professional and kind. He answered all of our questions, and made the process so easy. On December 14, we received our machine. The delivery to, was excellent, on time and very efficient.
I wish all companies could be as professional and efficient as CAS, Whitby. Thanks again so much and especially to Al.

Quick and polite from store to delivery. The store helped us complete our transaction over the phone and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Yvonne made me fee comfortable with mt pyrchase. The delivery guys were In and out and respectful of my neighborhood and home. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family.

My refrigerator was 18 years old was not working properly. After having it serviced 4 times and being told that there is a shortage of new fridges I decided to check CAS on line to see what was available. I purchased my stove 1.5 years earlier from CAS and was pleased with the service then so I wasn't worried making an on line purchase from them. I called on a Saturday and the team member (sorry I can't remember his name) was very helpful and guided me through the product info and comparisons on only in stock product. I was told it would be delivered that following Tuesday and it did indeed arrive on that day no problems at all. Very satisfied with the service.
