When delivered one pedestal was damaged. I refused to accept it. Call their Customer Service ... total waste of time ... I was told that eventually someone will order a new pedestal and let me know when my new delivery will be .. basically don't call us ...we will call you .... Went to the store ... oh sorry sir we just sell you the stuff ... we don't make sure you actually get a product that's not damaged. What a joke! Buyer be aware they only care enough to take your money. My sales person Mike told me that they don't look after customers at the store and gave me the 1 888 eat S**t customer service number again. This time they were closed at 5pm. I guess I will have to take another day off when ever I am told to because I did this all to myself by shopping at Canadian Appliance Source ... more like Canadian headache Source for me!
P.S. Advice by your appliance from a store that will talk to you when you have a problem.
