I needed to have the home electrical panel upgraded and some light fixtures and sockets added.
I called a few companies which have good ratings on HomeStars. After talking with Mark from House depot and reading his reviews, his was a very competitive quote.
He came to my home promptly to start the work. He was extremely professional did all of the work as agreed and left all areas clean and tidy.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mark for any further electrical jobs.

they came out the replace the piece within 3 days. the second time we used them and they have always been responsive and reasonably priced. only issue was after the first visit they were suppose to get the replacement part so it was handy and they did not, only when we needed did they get it, which delayed the replacement

Mark came to my house to install the new humidifier instead of the old. He showed up at least 5 hours late without any notice. Without checking the solenoid valve ( part of the humidifier unit), which was in not working condition ( known fact)
He convinced us that the old unit is working and he can connect the old one for the same price like installation of the new one. It took for him 15-20 minutes and we payed 150$ for this small job. He gave us 30 days warranty. Few days later we found out that our old unit still has the same problem leaking water all the time. We contacted him and asked to finish his job for what we payed for and we do not want any surprises, we still want to install the new unit. He asked us to pay $ 200 for this and accused us that we "want to have free ride" asking him to finish his job. We do not recommend this person for any kind of jobs which he is advertising, because he is dishonest and unprofessional. He just wants to safe his time for not doing the job properly.

Our Hydro Service Mast was hit and broken by a truck, Mark got the contract, coordinated with all authorities involved, and fixed it.

My furnace was broken and I needed a new one installed quickly. I purchased and had installed a new furnace and air conditioner.The service that I received from Mark was very quick. The installation work was done efficiently and the price was very good as well.

Mark quoted the job over the phone. He arrived when promised and fixed 3 small issues with my furnace, thermostat and humidifier. His price was fair and I'll use him again in the future.

I reached out to Mark to come and install a SAFE mechanism for me to plug my portable generator in. It was done well and his team cleaned up after the job was done. Overall, happy with the service and I can now go into the winter worry-free!

Our furnace broke down and we took the opportunity to replace it as well as our air conditioning unit which was undersized from a previous renovation. We got a quote from a well known large corporation as well as House Depot. Mark from House Depot provided equivalent or better quality at a significantly better price so we hired him. He delivered 100% as promised and even had to put in more hours when he encountered challenges related to a previous installation that had to be retrofitted. The crew was professional and I would highly recommend them.
