We engaged services of House Depot for work on Electrical panel at our house. Mr. Mark responded promptly and completed job at very short notice and at reasonable price. He did excellent job and we are very satisfied with the services provided. We would not only use services of Mr. mark but, will recommend others as well.

I searched HomeStars for an HVAC contractor and came across House Depot. After reading a few reviews I felt comfortable contacting Mark for our house repairs. Mark promptly responded to my voicemail and by the next day he came to conduct an inspection. His price was very fair and he completed the work revolving around our schedule. The following week I contacted Mark regarding a damaged fridge water line. He came to the house 1 hour later and completed all repairs promptly. It has been an absolute pleasure on both occasions. I highly recommend Mark and will definitely contact him for any future projects.

We hired House Depot to install a brand new furnace and air conditioner at our house. Mark did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with the products and service. I would highly recommend House Depot. I found Mark was very efficient and the price was very fair. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining our options to us. To help us make a good decision on sizing and brands. The installation was done very efficiently. And Mark was very willing to answer questions and take any suggestions. Overall we were very happy with the experience and our new furnace and air conditioner. I have used house depot services in the past for electrical work and was very satisfied with House Depot and I would definitely call Mark for any future ac furnace or electrical work.

I shopped around for many quotes and Marks was the best! He came and checked out the job and it was a bit different that I had initially thought, still his pricing was very honest. The new job required an HVAC technician and luckily Mark is also proficient in AC/Heating units. I was satisfied with all the product choices Mark made. Overall a good experience.

Enbridge came to my place for a regular check up but found that pressure is unusually dropping (might be a leaking...) and asked me to find someone to fix it. I was fortune that Mark and Marios was just at my friend's doing some work. They came right after finish my friend's place at a late appointment time. When they arrived they figured it would take longer time to fix my place's problems. So they came again in the next morning on the schedule time and stayed around 5-6 hours finished their work nice and neat. Also, make sure I understand what works they've done. I spread the goodness of their work to my friends. I'm happy I finally find someone who we can call!

I called Mark to work on my pool pump based on great reviews online. Well, I couldn't be happier.
He did not disappoint.
I found him to be very professional, honest and knowledgeable.
It was a bonus that he was affordable as well.
I definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

We have had Mark in to install and service our furnace, and he has always been fantastic (ie. prompt, knowledgable, kind, and trustworthy). As such, we decided to have him install a new AC for us as well. Once again, his service was impeccable and timely, we could not be happier!

Finding a trusted trades person is rare. We've had Mark do work at our house on several occasions. He is a flexible, honest person that provides excellent quality work. Any time we need something done I call him first.

When I first joined Homestars several years ago looking for trades I called several other (top Rated) providers here on HomeStars. I could barely get them to give me a call back let alone someone to come in-person to the house to estimate the work. Great service. Worked around my work schedule to give me the best possible service. Completely fixed our AC unit when other companies failed to do so. They are passionate about their jobs and are very thorough with their inspections and repairs.
