My A/C was not working and I had a licensed A/C person come to fix it, after two visits he could not get it working. I then called Mark at House Depot. He promptly came and within an hour the AC was up and running and still is fine one week later. He was pleasant and honest.....highly recommended...LK

Mark is my go to for all of my electrical and heating requirements. Since I moved into my house he has helped replace my furnace, remove and maintain my radiators, assist with water pressure, moved and fixed my electrical sockets, changed lighting fixtures etc.

He is trustworthy, courteous, clean, on-time, and reasonably priced. He will also respond to my requests via text and will expedite his schedule in the event of an emergency.

Bought a new Duel Fuel Range for my Kitchen to replace the old gas stove. Unfortunately, my kitchen didn't have the required electrical connection for the new appliance. So... I then needed an electrician to do a wire run from my electrical panel to the kitchen.

I chose House Depot based on the numerous positive reviews. Long story short, I have no regrets. Mark came to assess the job and we agreed on a reasonable price. He showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. Can' really ask for more than that, can you? Mark was professional, communicative and considerate.

I would have no hesitation referring / recommending Mark or using him again for any future work.

Our hot water tank failed including the mixing valve. Mark came to our home promptly, I found him honest and professional. We had brought another contractor for a second opinion who told us we have to replace the hot water tank. But Mark replaced and fixed what was needed. The price was fair and the problem was fixed. I would recommend hiring Mark for any future projects.

I called Mark for a full main floor rewiring job. Load bearing walls were removed on main floor, so lots of wires to the second floor had to be moved and re-rooted. Plugs and light switches were moved, and he re wired are new kitchen. We had over 50 pot lights installed, and he ran gas lines for our new oven and BBQ.

Mark installed the electrical connection to my swim spa, installed timers to my outside lights, fixed pot-lights, installed new receptacles and replaced LED's in very high ceiling pot-lights. He was hard-working, reliable, diligent, pleasant to deal with and always professional. He worked at off-hours (weekends and nights) to accommodate my schedule. And even though he had to return multiple times, he never complained. His prices were very fair and reasonable, especially considering the extra time he worked on the job to make everything perfect. I would certainly hire him again and refer him to friends without question.
