We hired AWD to replace the windows in our mothers house a few years ago. It's an old home with a lot of issues but the windows were great and the installation ran smooth.

We purchased this property in Dec 2016 after our return from BC. Unfortunately, the windows were much to be desired, in fact two openers were open all winter! This is the second full house replacement we have had from AWD and we were not disappointed from the price, delivery and installation. Kelsey is friendly and informative. Kelsey and his team are great - they're down to earth, attentive and very friendly. We recently got our front bedroom windows replaced. They are long, narrow odd looking windows and Kelsey came up with a great design and placement for the window opening that worked with the style and design of our house. The installation was quick and professional and every detail was thought of - from putting down mats to protect our floors to the excellent craftsmanship of the casing. I would go with AWD over others (and we have had work done by larger companies) because in the end we felt like we have a good professional relationship, listened to, and all our needs and concerns have been anticipated and met.

This is the second time we used AWD Specialists and were very happy with the complete process. Kelsey estimated and gave great advise on changes and options.
We were advised on about 5 weeks for delivery and that is exactly what happened. We booked the install and the install went great. We had leaky old basement windows
and now have great looking and working windows. The bedroom windows have not opened in years and now look and work great. Will be using them again and would recommend AWD Specialists to others.
