Possibly one of the most unpleasant and frustrating experiences I have ever had, due solely to the rude and unprofessional attitude of the owner Bob. On the first leg on the move, there was no inventory taken of my things as they were being loaded onto the truck. When I called the office to inquire, Bob told me that inventory was done at the off load point ant that he would email it to me. This made no sense to me. How does the customer know exactly what's being stored and returned to them if the inventory is not done in front of them? Bob also refused to honour the discount and cash deal that I had made with one of his managers when I signed on. To add insult to injury, I was then charged a 3% credit card fee when I had a pocket full of cash with which to pay. I was also never emailed a copy of the inventory. When I called to arrange the delivery, I then asked again about the inventory and was told that it had never been done. On the second leg of the move, several valuable pieces were missing. The lead mover called into the office to see if they were in another storage unit and was then told by Bob to collect the balance of the bill minus a couple hundred dollars that they would be back to collect when they found my items. I declined to pay until all of my missing pieces were returned. 2 days later after having heard nothing from Blueline, I contacted the office and was rudely told by Bob that it was a busy time and all movers were out on other jobs and when someone became available they would then look for my missing pieces. What about finishing my job? 1 week later, the remainder of my things were delivered.

Blueline is the first moving company I've ever used and they exceeded my expectations. They were very professional from the estimate to the move itself. I hope to never move again :) but if I do Blueline will be the first company I call.

We were very pleased with the service from Blue Line from the initial contact with Deva - who was very professional (arrived in a suit), to discuss the company, explain the contract and take notes on the move details. The info and documentation regarding the move was thorough and our questions were answered promptly. We had one minor issue with the pricing however that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The crew we had for the move was great! Helpful, friendly, careful and tireless. Not a single thing was damaged or broken. We would use your company again and would recommend your company to others.

This group of guys are great, from the person who answers the phone, the salespeople, and the movers themselves. This was the second time that we used this company over a 6 year period - same sales guy, some of the same movers. They work quickly, very efficiently taking care of your belongings, wrapping furniture, neatly placing clothing in wardrobe boxes, wrapping and boxing all artwork. They made sure they did not mark our wood flooring or the walls and banisters. They worked very quickly to unpack our belongings and even moved some of the items as requested when put in the new home. They were courteous, caring and very efficient and they worked fast! We have recommended this company to two other families that have been equally satisfied. We would use them and recommend them again.

We hired this company with 3 men to do a large move that went very well. Thank you to Richie, Jimmie and Robert. They were clean and polite, punctual and careful. Communications with
both administration and the staff on the day of the move was prompt and clear. We could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend Blueline to friends and family.

I was very happy with the service I received from Blueline from the initial phone call to the final walk through at my new home. All three movers were true professionals. They showed up on time and worked very hard until the job was done. They took only a few short breaks and were friendly and courteous throughout the entire move. They were very careful with all our belongings. I am completely satisfied.

I was helping a deaf friend with her move when i met Jim, Dave & Rob. They were on time and very hard working. They knew exactly what they were doing and fast. They were also polite and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.
