The toilet and bathtub were totally blocked, I called Cheguis as they had been recommended by a friend. The plumber came on time, lifted the toilet and snaked the drain. He cleaned up the mess, replaced the toilet with a new wax seal, tested the toilet and tub, made sure that everything was working.
