I would have liked to be able to recommend this company after having a really shaky start with them. At first they delivered the wrong countertops. They took no responsibility at all. They had no proof that I ordered them, and no proof I hadn't. They were not budging at all. Basically told me it's what I ordered and that was that. After way too much discussion, they finally caved a bit and agreed to give me the countertops I wanted at their cost. So the ones that got delivered were paid for already, they were no good to me. So I had to re-order some more at their cost. So the job cost way more than it should have. I considered taking them to civil court. Had it been ten years ago, I would have. But now I realize there's a lot more important things in life than trying to prove you're right. I couldn't believe how they handled this. The right countertops finally got installed two days ago. The contractor, Wayne, did a good job. No problem there. I went into their office today to pay the remainder. They didn't even have the decency to ask if I was satisfied with the work. Nothing. All they did was take my money and that was it. Terrible, terrible customer service.
