This is an amazing place. They have all of your basic renovation needs in a small store. It's amazing the amount of things they can neatly pack in there. Yes you may pay .50 more for this or $1 for that but the time and expense for going to the BBS's it's well worth it. Friendly and knowledgable as well.

Mega Counter tops was subcontracted by Rona to install a wall to wall laminate in my bathroom. The area was far from square and the installer did an excellent job of belt sanding the piece to form a perfect fit. He was also polite and efficient.

Zone valve failed in thirty year old building in the middle of summer. This meant it was stuck heating constantly. They came the next day and were in and out in no time. Polite, professional and had good advise on other aging components. They were very pricey but you get what you pay for here.

They had great prices on small batch clearance tile. Quality tile too. Installation was quick and professional. Been installed for years now and still looks great. They lost two stars as The toilet pipe was raised and created a mound which meant the toilet rocked. I had to lift and remount it with shims.

Small installation. I had a very uneven floor in a small space. It had humps and slopes. They said it could be hidden using different thickness of underlay, which makes sense. Not a great job. Still a massive hump in the middle of the room. The rest of the job was done very well, tight fitting, thresholds and trim around patio door step. It's been a few years and it's held up excellent. If you don't trip on the floor hump.

I found excellent deals for small batch laminate hard would flooring at this location. They really were outstanding prices. They lost two stars due to the day the installer was to pick up the flooring they were out of stock of the item I pre-purchased. No compensation was offered and I had to make an on the phone decision for my second choice. Very poor, thought about giving two stars but the price is right.

This gem of a store has been here since I was a kid. They cary a wide variety of obscure games and get just about anything you ask for. Don't be surprised to see some antique pinball machines hanging around. Definitely a hobbyist venue. Worth checking out just for interest sake too.

If you're shopping around make this your last stop and save your self the trip of coming back. I checked out more than half a dozen other stores and found nothing even comparable. They're not just a retailer but will custom build your mattress with foam thickness, density and top filler to your specification. For little more than a factory produced one. They also have a great selection of frames and other things. A+ store.

I was easily able to pick an appointment time that suited me. They were in and out of the apartment quickly and the quality of work was ideal. Even gave advise on other aging equipment. The only reservation I had was that it was a bit more costly than I had expected. Perhaps that is what it takes for professional work and service.

I am impressed with the level of cleanliness and care provided to animals in this store. Too often do you see poor conditions in a pet stores. However you do pay for this level of store and their staff effort is reflected in the prices. The service is erratic. I've had some great service here and some poor.

At first I thought they couldn't possibly fill a whole store with BBQ stuff or at least it would all be so useful and relevant. These guys really new their stuff. From rebuilding vintage BBQ's, creating outdoor kitchens and of course a great selection of competitively priced grills. The sales stuff were passionate about the job but not at all pushy. Check it out.

I stopped by here while touring some friends around and this was on the tourist list to see. I wasn't expecting much and probably wouldn't have come on my own. I was pleasantly surprised by a quaint little gallery with relaxed friendly staff and show of student art that dropped my jaw!! If you're in the neighbourhood drop by.

When looking for appliances I always recommend Sears. They have outstanding customer service during sales, follow up and repairs. I've purchased appliances from other large electronics stores and faced broken products, refusal to honour warranties and generally made to feel like it was my fault. Stick with Sears they know their stuff.

However they did mess up my counter tops order and took over three months to correct the problem with a great deal of time and pushing from my side of things. Very poor service. On a side Ikea kitchen are great value for your money but you have to do it your self and it is a lot of hard work a little above what they advertise in skill level.

I think this store is sometimes overlooked due to having been around forever. I always remember to check out The Bay for selection and pricing from anything from jeans , shower curtains , bedding or cookware. I usually go here last as this is were I end up buying.

I heard about the restore company through friends. I was impressed with the quality of items as well as the price. This is a great store to find antique treasures such as old doors or stained glass windows. The store is well organized and things were easy to find. I definitely recommend everyone to check out the restore before ever paying full price.
