I called saying my furnace was not working, they would send out someone, when the repair man arrived he said my wall thermostate needed new batteris, I think this should have been mention on my phone call so i could have changed the batteries, we had not owned our furnace long to never thought it was batteries, They charged me over hundred dollars and I supplies the batteries. It took him all of 5 min to change the batteries. I thought he may at least have mentioned the batteries on my original phone call or then reduce his fee. Not very good customer service since we also bought an new A/c from the same company and also sold the same to our son which I told the man when he gave me the invoice, but he would not reduce the bill,

Furnace stop working called up Buttons who sold my furnace 3 years ago, Tech showed up and told me that pressure switch stuck to open it is not covered by 10 years warranty on parts due to corrosion advice to change AC as water is leaking from the evaporator of AC Tech also gave a quote for pressure switch for 300+$, i verified the Tech claim of corrosion it is not true. Started Calling Heating and Cooling Company Buttons, Enercare, Relliance and More. Tony of Aire One came to my house did measurement and give a quote for a 3ton 16 seer Carrier AC it include 10 year parts and labour, Tony was very nice no pressure tactics, explained to me what AC im getting and why he recommended it for the size of my house he was also clear about warranty, price is cheaper than any other else (was surprised as he beat big company ). Installation was a breeze the installer are on time, Clean and courteous replace the old copper line unlike Buttons Furnace Installer that re used the black pipe inside the house and installed white pipe outside to look as it is with in code. Tony is really sincere and was always there to answer any question even after installation he still answer my call and text until now. Will i go back to Buttons Heating and Cooling? a big NO! but I will recommend Aire One specially Tony. Thank you.

I contacted Aire One North to install a power humidifier for my new home in Aurora. Service was completed the next day as scheduled. Mark the technician explained the installation process, the operation of the humidifier and maintenance of the unit. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I got a great service for the repair of my furnace from Aire One North last night. They are local heating repair professionals that you can really count on when you need help in cold winter nights. Fast, reasonably priced and quality workmanship. Will recommend to everyone.

Two weeks ago I woke up at 7am on Sunday and found the house down to 14 degrees. I checked and found out the furnace was only blowing cold air. I looked up Aire One North on google, called the number and they sent a service technician in less than two hours. The technician checked the furnace and found out my combustion blower was defective he pointed out that it may have happened due to lack of maintenance. I admit that it may have been the cause.
I was so lucky he had one with him. I will not hesitate to highly recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. Thanks again Aire One North for a super fast service.

On Friday we got back home from Arizona to find our furnace had stopped working. It must have happened not too long before our arrival because the temperature had just gone down about 8 or 9 degrees. The unit was relatively old (16 years) so we knew it was time to replace it. We called around that evening to three different contractors (Reliance, Enercare, and Aire One North). Aire One was the first to call us back within 10 minutes and we are yet to hear back from the other twol!! They booked an appointment right away, arrived in a couple of hours, and found out that the heat exchanger was faulty. It was a Carrier furnace and qualified for an allowance of $700 on a new replacement. We opted to go ahead with the replacement. By 9:30am on Saturday the installers were back to help us get heat again. They were professional and neat. The work was clean and we had heat again by about lunch time . we will tell all our friends and relatives about our good experience.

Our system failed on a hot day this summer. Mike from Aire One was here and had our 18 year old system up and running in less than 24 hours. Very friendly and professional service. We will definitely have them perform all of our future servicing on our system. Top notch service !!!!

Installers were very courteous and competent. Respected my home and cleaned up thoroughly. I am very pleased with the new York high efficiency equipment and highly recommend Aire One North.

I have used this contractor in several occasions and they have always exceeded my expectations. It is not easy to find good contractors these days but Aire One is definitely a contractor than I will use again.
