Yuri was recommended by our agent and no doubt why. He's very professional and the way he conducted his inspection is very detailed and in depth. As we are a new buyer, most of our queries were answered and he gave some valuable suggestions that I believe will benefit us in a long run. The inspection report we received is impressive, it detailed all the findings with photos and it gives information and brief explanation of some aspect.

At the end, Yuri presented his summary and concluded which items were critical and why. He took the time to answer any questions I had. We paid extra for the IR camera pictures and I'm glad we did. As the house was recently renovated, there would've been ample opportunity to "hide" some flaws - the IR gave us confidence that we wouldn't have any nasty gotchas...
When pushed for a final verdict at the end: "yes, the house is good - except for those things that are not good" :)
