Yuri was very thorough and professional. He took the time before the inspection to explain what he would and would not be doing, then pointed things out to me as he went. At the end, Yuri presented his summary and concluded which items were critical and why. He took the time to answer any questions I had. The emailed report was useful with lots of photos and descriptions, although I couldn't get the video working. Will definitely be hiring Yuri again!
