Yuri is professional, knowledgeable and worth his fee. This past summer, I contacted Yuri for a home inspection on a 12-year-old townhouse. Although his price was marginally higher than other home inspectors, I chose him because he was professional and knowledgeable (with his engineering background). He fit me into his schedule, and on the day of the appointment, showed up 30 minutes early and immediately went to work. Over the next three hours, he inspected almost every aspect of the home explaining problem areas and how I could repair them. (This was particularly important to me as I'm not very handy.)
A day later, I received a comprehensive report full of colour pictures. I am now using this report to make minor repairs throughout the home and to remind myself of what needs to be fixed and/or maintained.
If I had to conduct another home inspection, I would call Yuri first. He takes pride in his work, and I know he would show up on time and conduct a thorough, professional review.
