We have always had an excellent experience with Abbey from the sales, installation and service points of view. Today one of their technicians came to service our AC. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Professional in every respect and I learned a ton of stuff about our system from him. He did not rush and was thorough and highly organized. We would recommend Abbey to anyone.

We LOVE Murray! He is the best service guy hands down! We always book in advance with him. He is the kindest and sweetest man and so personable and trust worthy. He takes time to explain everything and is very thorough in his work and he always shares helpful tips, tricks and suggestions. We've been happy with Abbey Air overall for various heating and cooling needs and pleasant administrative help but Murray takes the cake for representing them and providing the best service experience.

Our AC broke in the middle of the heat wave, just before we were going away for a long weekend. We were able to call Abbey Air (they take online bookings too) and find an appointment that fit our schedule. They offer convenient 2-hour service windows, which is especially helpful for people who work. I was fortunate to be the first appointment of the day so our technician arrived right at the start of the service window.

Helge was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He quickly assessed the cause and showed me the broken part. He replaced the broken part, tested the unit and washed it too. He was done and had the AC working again within 20 minutes.

We used Abbey Air in the past for a furnace service call too and would definitely return to them for future HVAC needs.
