Brandon, Benn and Jay showed up on time, very polite young men. They worked at solving the problem of the intake and exhaust pipe placement. They cleaned up quite well after completing the install, and took the time to explain the thermostat. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Technician thoroughly checked everything and gave much useful feedback. Also made some very helpful suggestions re drainage in the Utility Room area.

I have an older unit so when it stopped working leading into the hottest weekend of the year so far I expected the worse. The technician, Jose arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor, then diagnosed and replaced a fault replaced a faulty fuse. After the repair he reviewed the air returns and found that the return on the main floor was blocked with what appeared to be a very old filter. He also recommended a service plan which would check and clean the A/C and furnace regularly and would relieve some of the stress on the unit.His knowledge and expertise was obvious throughout, and he communicated everything in a friendly and clear manner.

Very polite and prompt, got notice that the tech was on his way and within the 2 hour window specified. Went above and beyond hosing down the A/C unit to clear the dirt and dust left by nearby renovations. My only complaint is that booking the appointment required a couple of month lead time. During that couple of month, my A/C unit didn't start up and so I had to Google how to get it going again. A simple fix and certainly not worth waiting for a tech for but had the appointment been more timely, ie before we needed the A/C, the couple of days of sweating could have been avoided. Booking staff were a little short when I complained about having to wait such a long time for an appointment.

Excellent job and prompt service was provided. The fan on my furnace gave up on a Friday night and I call first him in the morning 3 different service companies. I received a call back promptly (where 1 never did call and the other took 4 hours to call)

We have them in for regular servicing of the A/C and furnace. They are reliable and trustworthy.

The furnace is checked every fall and the air conditioner every spring since the purchase of these two units several years ago.

Murray has been checking and tuning our units every 8 months for several years now. We rely on him entirely and as such have complete peace of mind re our equipment. He changes filters and checks the status of our furnace and ac units. He also advises us in the care of our units. He is thorough and we trust him. We are very satisfied.
