I had some water leaking from my furnace so I call them to have a look at it. Murray arrived at the time I was told to expect him. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service and is one of those employees that makes a company good.

I was very happy with he guy who came out. I will Use Abby again.

My old AC ran into problems so I called Abbey Air. Staff was very courteous and professional. The replacement AC 2.5 tonne 13 Seer Goodman was quoted at approx $3800. My mistake, I did not take comparative quotes. Now 2 weeks later, while referring a friend to Abbey Air, they took multiple quotes. There are well known companies with good reputation installing same model anywhere from $2100 to $3000.

Beware. Don't waste your money.

Also, the installation guys were very pushy on maintenance contract and said warranty would be void if I didn't get regular maintenance done through a contract with them. I called the manufacturer directly and they refuted this saying absence of maintenance contract will not void your warranty.

Inspected and cleaned and tested the furnace, air circulation and thermostat. Very professional, friendly, thorough. Explsined everything he did.

We previously had a bad experience with a water heater rental - poor installation, not being replaced when needed, etc. We purchased a new one and had it installed by Abbey Air. They came for the estimate at a specific time - not that awful "4 hour window" you get with most services. They also came as scheduled for the installation. The knowledgeable installers - Joffre and Todd - did a thorough job of a complicated installation in a tight area. They didn't try to rush through or cut any corners. The installers were polite and good-natured. Our floors were protected. The estimate was exact - no 'last-minute' extras.

When we were looking for contractors, we had two other water heater companies come out. Both were unsatisfactory- one never even bothered to send the promised estimate.

We will need a new furnace and air conditioner soon and will definitely go with this company.

Annual AC tuneup , included furnace filter replacement. Replaced washer on outside hose. Work was efficiently and thoroughly done.
