Adam and Ben worked well together. They were curtious and hard working. The job was completed efficiently and without incident. Upon completion clean-up and testing was done. FANTASTIC JOB.

My air conditioner went down 10:00 pm at night and at the hottest period of the year. I phoned around looking for someone to come out and fix the problem. In my first two calls the best I could get was two days before someone could respond. I then contacted Abbey Air. I have never used them before but they told me they would be out first thing in the morning. True to their word they came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Adam explained everything he was doing and put me at ease that he knew what he was doing. He also made some recommendation on care and maintenance. I will certainly be talking to this company again about service and possible replacement.

We had to get a part of our air conditioner repaired. Abbey Air got the part with in a day and had it put in the following day. Very fast and reliable and most important trustworthy.

Called Friday afternoon and Jose was at my house by 12:30 the next day. A few minute diagnosis and :15 repair all completed very efficiently.

Great service. Air conditioner and furnance checked. Units cleaned and filter replaced. System checked for any issues and none reported. Technician was very good and very clean.

Routine but gave good advice about other purchase options. Very friendly and efficient.

Encountered numerous problems with this company due to Incompetent installers/technicians and very irresponsible management team. Company sent in many incompetent technicians to fix same problems created by them but unable to get it right all the time. They cannot get things done right the first time, second time or third time. Given the company many opportunities to fix the same problems but they cannot get it right. Chronic problems kept on recurring due to incompetence of the technicians and management staff.
Will strongly and definitely not recommend to anyone. Management wanted your business badly (sales talk only) and promises you everything and when they got your business, they will totally ignore you and do not follow up promptly. Problems persisted more than a year before it got fixed by different technicians. Very unprofessional in their approach. Very unreliable contractor - took a very long time to fix their problems.
Engage them at your own risk. and if you engage them prepare for endless stress and frustrations in dealing with their problems. Do your research before engaging anyone of them or their associated corporations. Apparently, they engage sub-contractors to do their job at the expense of quality and commitment.

This was a regularly scheduled tune up for our air conditioning unit. The technician Milan was very thorough, and explained everything to us in detail. Renewed our service plan for next year.
